What you need to do to start issuing secured digital FIATA BLs
Get your FIATA Digital Identity
Contact FIATA to get your Digital Identity, your “digital passport” which certifies that you are a valid FIATA/National Association member and holds a valid liability insurance. This will be used to ensure you fulfill all requirements to issue secured digital FBLs, bringing trust to your partners who will be able to verify the identity of your company.
2. Verify that your TMS (or other software) has implemented the secured digital FIATA BL solution
If not, contact FIATA and/or your software provider to see if it can be implemented.

3. Buy digital FBL package(s)
Choose the secured digital FBL package that best fits with your needs. You can buy packages from 25 to 1000 eFBLs.
N.B. Digital FBLs are uninsured, if you wish to purchase a specific FBL insurance to cover your shipments, please contact your National Association.
